E-Label Application for Warehouses and Distribution Centers

Our wireless E-Label solution was ideal for this warehouse and distribution center project, as it required no changes to the business’ existing layout or electrical infrastructure. The client appreciated the quick, seamless implementation, which allowed operations to continue without disruption.

The E-Labels displayed product details, shelf information, and warehouse locations, helping staff quickly find products. By accurately presenting critical data and utilising the E-Label LED, the system enabled faster product location. Our E-Label solution improved efficiency, reduced workload, and minimized human error.

Smart picking system solution for a large foreign-funded enterprise factory in Zhuhai

project06-p01.jpg

The smart picking system leverages IoT and RFID technology to transform traditional warehouse management. By integrating the E-Label system with the warehouse management system (WMS), it creates a paperless, smart warehouse that boosts efficiency, increases storage capacity, reduces labor costs, and promotes environmental sustainability.

This system enables real-time monitoring of goods' entry and exit, enhancing picking efficiency and data accuracy. It also supports effective management by providing real-time information, helping decision-makers analyze issues and improve warehouse operational efficiency..

Workflow:

1. The warehouse management system (WMS) establishes a data interface with the smart picking management system to allow electronic display labels on the shelves to display material information in real time, such as material name, inventory, etc.

2. The smart picking system obtains picking order information in real time and pushes the information to the wearable PDA.

3. Staff use the wearable PDA to select items from the picking list. Corresponding E-Labels on the shelves light up to guide staff quickly to the items.

4. After the picking is completed, the picking order information will be pushed to the electronic label of the cage car for display.

5. When the cage cart reaches the RFID reader, delivery confirmation is automatically completed.
